When is the delivery time?

Standard product: 7-15 days; Customized products: 20-30 days (depending on complexity). The Europe/America sea freight dedicated line can provide door-to-door service.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for regular products is 500 pieces. Customized product sample orders are supported (minimum 10 pieces). Urgent orders can be negotiated to reduce the quantity.

Can you provide the complete set of documents required for import?

We will provide commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, sterilization certificates and declarations of conformity (DoC).

Can technical training or clinical support be provided?

Online product operation training can be arranged, and the English version of IFU (User Manual) and clinical operation videos will be provided.
